Dosage:
Dosage & Usage
• वयस्क: शुरुआत में 1–2 गोलियाँ, सादे पानी के साथ, भोजन के तुरंत बाद, दिन में 3 बार लें।
• बच्चे: ½–1 गोली, सादे पानी के साथ, भोजन के तुरंत बाद, दिन में 3 बार लें।
इच्छित लाभ प्राप्त होने तक सेवन जारी रखें। इसके बाद मात्रा को धीरे-धीरे कम करें।
• अथवा चिकित्सक के निर्देशानुसार सेवन करें।

• Adults: Start 1-2 tablets, with plain water, just after meals, 3 times a day;
• Children: ½ -1 tablet, 3 times a day with plain water, just after meals, 3-6 times a day.
Continue until you get the desired results. Thereafter, taper off the dose gradually; Or
• As directed by the Physician.
Precautions:
• अश्वगन्धा घन टैबलेट का सेवन केवल चिकित्सक या योग्य आयुर्वेदिक चिकित्सक की सलाह अनुसार करें।
• यदि आप गर्भवती हैं, गर्भधारण की योजना बना रही हैं, या शिशु को स्तनपान करा रही हैं, तो सेवन से पहले चिकित्सक से सलाह लें।
• यदि आप किसी दीर्घकालिक बीमारी (विशेषकर थायरॉइड संबंधी समस्या) से पीड़ित हैं या किसी अन्य दवा का नियमित सेवन कर रहे हैं, तो सेवन से पहले चिकित्सकीय सलाह लें।
• निर्धारित मात्रा से अधिक सेवन न करें।
• बच्चों की पहुँच से दूर रखें।
• ठंडी एवं सूखी जगह पर, सीधे धूप से बचाकर रखें।
• यदि पैक की सील टूटी हुई हो या दवा की एक्सपायरी तिथि निकल चुकी हो, तो इसका उपयोग न करें।
