USAGE:
Lavang Tail is quite useful in following diseases -
1. Dental & Mouth Diseases:
Lavang Tail is highly useful in several diseases of teeth and mouth, like toothache, dental caries, gingivitis, oral thrush, etc. In these diseases, Lavang Tail can be used as below -
● Put 2-3 drops on the aching tooth. Or, put 2-3 drops on a small cotton ball and dab it on the aching tooth.
● Put 5-10 drops of Lavang Tail in a glass of water and mouth wash with the same.
● Put 3-5 drops of Lavang Tail in a cup of water and sip / drink the same.
● Mix 5 drops of Lavang Tail in 10 drops of coconut oil or olive oil or mustard oil and massage the gums.
2. Nasal & Chest Diseases:
Lavang Tail is highly useful in several diseases of upper and lower respiratory tract, like cold, sinusitis, cough, asthma, etc. In these diseases, Lavang Tail can be used as below -
● Put 3-5 drops of Lavang Tail in a cup of lukewarm water and sip / drink the same.
● Put 5 drops of Lavang Tail in a pan of boiling water and inhale the medicated steam.
● Put 4-5 drops on a hankie and inhale the vapours, after every 15 minutes.
3. Digestive Diseases:
Lavang Tail is highly useful in several diseases of gastro-intestinal tract, like - indigestion, acidity, gas, nausea, vomiting, loose motions, dysentery, and constipation. In these diseases, Lavang Tail can be used by putting 3-5 drops of Lavang Tail in a cup of water and sip / drink the same.
4. Skin Diseases:
Lavang Tail is highly useful in several diseases, like - acne, marks, melasma, blemishes, itching, wrinkles, sagging skin, etc. In these diseases, Lavang Tail can be used as below -
● Put 15 drops of Lavang Tail in 2 tablespoons (30 ml) coconut / olive oil and massage gently for a few minutes the affected skin. Wash the skin in 30 minutes.
● Soak a small cotton ball in Lavang Tail and dab on the acne and acne marks.
● Mix few drops of Lavang Tail with cream and apply on the skin.
5. Musculo-skeletal disorders:
Lavang Tail is highly useful in musculo-skeletal diseases, like - muscle pain, joint pain, neck pain, low backpain, osteo-arthritis, RA, frozen shoulder, tennis elbow, blunt injuries, etc. In these diseases, Lavang Tail can be used by putting 10-15 drops of Lavang Tail in 1 teaspoon of coconut / olive oil and massage gently for a few minutes the affected area.
